Berlin ‘Wedding’-Area Apartment Renovation – Electrical, walls, flooring, and bathroom

A young couple had recently purchased a new apartment in Wedding that needed a complete renovation. Starting with a completely new electrical system, removing all wallpaper, and plastering the walls flat. Besides the foundation work, our recommendation was to use the floor as an accent to the apartment, opening up the space while warming it up as flooring can completely transform the space.

Converting the tub to a walk-in shower, replacing an old, inefficient toilet with a wall-hung modern. By carefully considering the layout and storage options we were able to maximize space and make the bathroom more user-friendly. Adding stylish and durable materials, such as pastel-colored and patterned clay tiles improved the look of the space and also increased its overall value.
